Your login for the Kia Charge charging service comes from your Kia Account. This means you need to reset your credentials directly in your Kia Account.

Please note:

• Changes made in the Kia Charge charging service will not update your Kia Account.
• If you want to change your e-mail address, you will need to:
  1. Cancel your current charging contracts.
  2. Create a new Kia Account with the new e-mail address.
  3. Register again for the Kia Charge charging service and set up new contracts.

Important: If you have vouchers linked to your current contracts, you may lose them when you cancel.
