Steps to activate your charging card:

1. Log in to your Kia Charge account:
   • Access the Kia Charge website and log in to your Kia Charge account using a web browser.
2. Navigate to charging cards:
   • After logging in, you will be directly taken to the dashboard where you can oversee all of your charging contracts.
   • Otherwise, select your name in the top-right corner of the page and from the dropdown menu, click to open "Dashboard".
   • Scroll down to the related contract and click on "View".
   • Now scroll down to "Services" and click on "Activate" under the "Your card".
3. Activate your charging card:
   • In the pop-up window, enter your card number.
   • Enter the unique card number located on the back of your charging card in the provided "Card number" field.
   • Choose the related contract from the dropdown menu in the "Combine card with contract" field.
   • Click "Activate now".
4. Confirmation:
   • Once activated, you will receive a confirmation message, and your card will be ready to use.

Important notes:

• Issues during activation: If you encounter any problems during activation, please ensure that you entered the correct card number.
• Reusing cards: Currently, charging cards cannot be reused with a new contract due to security reasons. If you start a new contract, you will need to order a new charging card during the contract setup process.
