If Plug & Charge is not already activated, it has to be enabled in the contract section of your account on the website. You will need your vehicle´s Provisioning Certificate ID (PCID), which will be checked for availability and afterwards you can enable the Plug & Charge service. In some cases you need to take additional steps to activate Plug & Charge in your car. In the contract section of your account you can see what you need to do by clicking on "Show details" in the Plug & Charge Section.
